Everyone who registers on Hostolog.com is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement.
This agreement is between Hostolog Information Services, providing the services specified in the services section (hereinafter referred to as Services), and the person/institution specified with the details provided in the new customer registration section (hereinafter referred to as Customer) regarding the use of the website operating at the internet address owned by Hostolog (hereinafter referred to as Site) and the purchase of services from this site. The accounting and billing will be conducted by Hostolog Information Services under the terms and conditions specified below.
The parties must declare, accept, and undertake the accuracy of the information written in this agreement.
This agreement will regulate the sections the customer is allowed and not allowed to perform in their transactions on the site, their orders, messages they send, the fees they will pay to Hostolog for the services they will receive according to their preferences in their orders. These service and transaction descriptions are as follows.
Membership information is the information entered by the customer during the membership process. Since these details will be taken as a basis in the transactions made, it is assumed that the customer and member have entered this information correctly, completely, and accurately.
Hostolog Information Services will provide the services ordered by the customer as requested. By accepting the order confirmation message, Hostolog will accept that it has received the relevant fee and will undertake to provide the service specified in the order.
The payment method and VAT differences will be specified during the order, and the total amount that the customer must pay according to their monthly or annual payment preferences will be indicated by Hostolog. If the product(s) on the sales page include VAT, the system will complete the order without calculating the VAT.
After accepting the order and confirming the transactions, Hostolog will send the customer the control panel, ftp, SQL, and e-mail usernames and passwords related to the service specified in the order, and the service will begin. The responsibility for these accounts and passwords will lie with the customer, and the customer will be responsible for any damage and loss arising from these matters.
The customer agrees to comply with the declarations and warnings received from Hostolog during the service period. The customer declares, accepts, and undertakes to comply with any notifications or warnings published by Hostolog while benefiting from the hosting account. The customer cannot distribute or sell the services provided to them for free and unlimited, whether paid or free, or limited or unlimited, to third parties.
If the customer transmits written or verbal content that is derogatory, defamatory, and/or insulting towards the company name or company officials during the service period, Hostolog reserves the right to terminate the service.
The customer accepts and undertakes that they will bear and meet all taxes, duties, and similar obligations that are in force or will come into force during the use of the domain name, hosting, or services received during the contract period.
The customer accepts and undertakes that they are responsible for all files, documents, and programs hosted within the service they receive, all operations they will use and benefit from the website and mail services, and that they will bear all legal and penal responsibilities for the illegality of the said data, information, and declarations. Hostolog cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from this. Hostolog does not review, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for pages created by the user before they are sent. Hostolog may terminate user accounts if they violate these terms or for any other reason or if Hostolog believes that the actions of its users are detrimental to its own or its users' interests. Hostolog reserves the right to delete the relevant service without notifying the customer if it learns about actions and activities that constitute a violation of the law.
Hostolog cannot be held responsible for any material or moral damages that may arise from the misuse of the customer data within the provided service, the data content, and all data used with e-mails. The backup and storage obligations of these data belong to the customer. Hostolog will enable the customer to regularly back up and maintain all their data in an organized manner. However, Hostolog is not responsible for any errors, damages, and losses that may occur due to interruptions or data loss that may occur in Hostolog services. Unless otherwise specified in the contract text, the backup of the data is the responsibility of the customer.
Hostolog will handle the domain name registration processes for orders placed and paid for by the customer. The customer is the owner of the domain name for which the registration request is accepted and the fee is paid. Hostolog will be able to perform transactions on the domain name as per the customer's requests. Hostolog will make arrangements, changes, and transfer requests regarding the domain name as soon as possible as per the customer's requests.
If the customer organizes campaigns to discredit or criticize the company negatively on the internet or any other platform, the account will be deleted from the servers without any questioning, and the company will not accept any responsibility.
The customer is obliged to pay the shipping fee if they request the invoice of the service to be sent to their address at any time. If the shipping fee is not paid and the shipment is returned, the shipping fee will be reflected in the customer's panel as an invoice. If the customer insists on not paying the reflected invoice, the products and services in the invoice content will be blocked until the invoice is paid.
If the customer experiences a software problem not caused by Hostolog, they cannot hold the company responsible. Server services are provided unmanaged; all responsibilities lie with the customer.
After the customer makes the payment for the service they ordered, they will receive their service within 48 hours at the latest. If they do not receive the service within this period, they can request a refund if they wish.
According to this agreement, the rights and obligations of the parties begin with the transmission of the order and payment transactions to Hostolog via the internet.
The contract period is the payment period selected by the customer during the order for the relevant service.
If the parties do not notify each other that the contract will expire at the end of the period within 10 business days before the end of the contract, the contract will be extended for the previous contract period under the same terms and conditions (except for changes in fees).
The provided hosting and reseller accounts are automatically activated by the system after payment approval. Game servers, VDS (Virtual Server), Dedicated servers, etc., which require special setup, will be delivered within 24 hours for Game Servers and VDS (Virtual Server) services and within 48 hours for Dedicated server services. Depending on the workload, the service delivery time may be extended or shortened. Our average service delivery time is between 1 to 3 hours.
The fee to be paid in return for the services specified in this agreement is the amount specified during the order process. If the specified fees do not include VAT, it will be added and calculated later, and the payment will be collected after being shown to the customer.
Hostolog reserves the right to make forward-looking changes to prices and tariffs without prior notice. The customer declares, accepts, and undertakes to accept any changes that may occur in this regard.
If the fee is given in foreign currency, it will be converted to Turkish Lira at the effective selling rate of the Central Bank on the invoice date and paid.
The fee must be paid within 5 business days from the invoice date by the customer if there is a credit card payment instruction during the order process, from the credit card account. If there is no credit card payment instruction, the fee must be paid to the bank account numbers specified in the customer's communication address or directly to Hostolog.
In case of delayed payment, Hostolog reserves the right to issue a foreign exchange difference invoice.
Hostolog reserves the right to close and open the related service until the customer completes the payment process.
As specified during the order, no refunds will be made for domain/website, SSL certificates, and server services (colocation, dedicated, virtual servers, game servers).
The server area purchased from the "Game Servers" section cannot be used for purposes other than its intended use. Hostolog reserves the right to suspend the service and issue an additional invoice if any violation is detected.
In case of payment problems, issues with customers who have payment instructions via credit card, or issues related to the terms and conditions, Hostolog reserves the right to suspend all services provided to the customer, including e-mail, web, and ftp accounts.
During this period, no e-mail, web, or ftp access can be made on behalf of the customer, and e-mail accounts will be blocked, and incoming e-mails will be returned.
The maximum CPU and RAM usage per site on the server is 20%. Accounts exceeding 20% usage will be suspended after the first warning. Special campaign or special package CPU rates apply. Hostolog reserves the right to close or cancel internet sites or services exceeding CPU rates without notifying the customer in cases where Hostolog is in a difficult situation. Cron jobs cannot run less than 60 minutes. In all hosting packages, if your account's CPU usage risks system activity, your account will be suspended. Hosting services cannot be used for file archiving purposes.
It is prohibited to host content on our servers that violates copyright or Turkish laws. This includes brute force, spam, ddos, hack, crack, warez, adult, and any files containing copyright.
The security of all software on the servers is the responsibility of our customers. Hostolog is not responsible for any issues arising from Chmod 777 or your software.
If the customer does not pay the invoice on the specified payment date, the service will be suspended for 3 hours. Hostolog is not responsible for any consequences after the 3rd hour.
It is prohibited to conduct high-bandwidth output and DDoS attacks through our servers. Hostolog reserves the right to cancel the service without consulting the customer if such a situation is detected.
In our server services, there is a 1GBiT/s standard copper port connection. If our customers use over 100MBiT/s for more than 10 minutes, Hostolog will warn the customer, and if repeated, it reserves the right to cancel the service.
It is prohibited to open prohibited sites with services provided by our company.
Using virtual servers for upload/download purposes will result in service termination.
Performing any operations that strain the server's CPU, RAM, disk, or internet by conducting bitcoin or similar transactions on virtual servers will result in service termination.
If the customer fails to fulfill their responsibilities and commitments under any provision of this agreement or if the information declared on the front page of this agreement is found to be inaccurate, Hostolog reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement without any warning or notice if the suspension of the service exceeds 3 hours as mentioned above. Following such a termination, the customer declares, accepts, and undertakes that they cannot claim back the last contract fee paid, regardless of the remaining period, and will pay a commercial penalty of 5 times the prevailing contract fee as of the termination date.
The customer has the right to terminate this agreement at the end of the period by notifying in writing at least 10 days before the normal duration of the contract without providing any justification. If the customer terminates the agreement before the end of the contract period, they declare, accept, and undertake to pay half of the fees to be paid until the end of the contract period in one lump sum and in advance.
The parties declare, accept, and undertake the postal addresses specified in the order as their legal residence for any notifications arising from this agreement.
Any notification made to these addresses will be considered delivered even if it does not reach the parties. Unless notified in writing, the old addresses will remain valid.
During the contract period, Hostolog may send messages, information, writings, warnings, payment notifications, account activity statements, account statements to the electronic mail address declared by the customer. The customer declares, accepts, and undertakes that they cannot claim that the said electronic communications were not received or did not reach them, and that the said communications will be deemed legally notified 1 day after they are sent.
If the customer does not make the payment for the services received within 7 days from the application date, they will be considered in default. In this case, Hostolog reserves the right to issue a foreign exchange difference invoice and may also request a delay interest of 25% per month from the invoice date. The customer declares and accepts to pay this delay interest and foreign exchange difference invoice.
If Hostolog initiates legal proceedings or collection for any receivables arising from this agreement, the customer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay 25% monthly delay interest, a commercial penalty of 50% of the remaining debt amount, 10% attorney fee, and all other legal expenses.
If Hostolog applies to the legal authorities for a precautionary attachment and precautionary measure to collect the receivables arising from this agreement, the customer declares, accepts, and undertakes that Hostolog is authorized to obtain a precautionary attachment and precautionary measure decision without collateral. However, if the courts request collateral, the customer declares, accepts, and undertakes to pay the commission and all kinds of fees arising from the guarantee letters obtained from the banks and not to raise any objections on these matters.
If the payment for the received service is not made on time, Hostolog has the right to suspend the service without notice and has the right to delete the service completely and irreversibly if the fee is not paid within 3 hours from the last payment date. Customers subjected to this practice accept not to make requests for backup and reopening of the service.
In hosting servers (Shared servers), each customer has the right to use a maximum of 25% CPU to ensure equal rights for everyone. Websites performing transactions outside the hosting capacity will be suspended with or without warning. Hostolog cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from this.
Unlimited web hosting services can only be used for hosting website files and cannot be used for data storage, backup, hosting mp3, rar, exe files.
Each hosting account has a 5MB I/O limit.
If Hostolog accepts the refund request, and if the customer cannot issue a refund invoice, Hostolog will deduct the VAT amount and bank transfer/eft fee and refund the remaining amount.
The customer cannot request a refund for the credit loaded into the system or subsequent month/year payments made to extend the service.
Only for Web Hosting services provided from the Turkey location, a 72-hour (3-day) refund period is given. Refunds will be accepted within this period, and refund requests after this period will not be accepted.
The customer cannot request a refund for domain name, server, software, license, and other services.
In case of a refund request, Hostolog reserves the right to process this request within 5 days at the earliest and within 1 month at the latest, depending on the company's decision at that time.
No refunds are made for any products purchased during campaigns.
Following the campaigns, our company reserves the right to stop, change, and change the price of the campaign without notifying the customer.
Since servers are electronic devices, they are at risk of malfunction even if the necessary and optimal conditions are met. Backup parts for malfunctioning servers are provided by the data center.
Our company is not responsible for any damages arising from the supply time of faulty and backup parts of the server. The service recipient cannot claim any rights from the company during this period. They must wait until the new part and the faulty part are provided.
No recovery operation can be performed for disks that fall into unrecoverable data due to RAID configuration errors. In this case, RAID will be reconfigured and if you have backups, they will be uploaded. Our company is not responsible for RAID configuration and software errors.
Our company does not accept any responsibility for data loss or damages you may experience due to errors made in managed services provided with server services.
Our company is not responsible for the servers becoming inactive due to data center or IP changes in server services. The time for devices to become active during transfers is at least 2, and at most 5 business days.
This agreement consists of 13 articles and sub-headings. It has been read, understood, and signed by the parties. (Signing is considered to have taken place by sending the order to Hostolog via the internet). Hostolog reserves the right to add, remove or change new articles and/or sub-headings as it deems necessary. The customer declares, accepts, and undertakes to accept these changes in advance.
Additional invoices can be issued to our customers who receive annual services due to changes in the inflation rate during the year.
Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the application of this agreement.
If Hostolog specifies that it can provide packages with game server services, you must ask about the package needs related to your game server before purchasing the service. Hostolog personnel have limited knowledge about Game Server Packages and their contents.
Game Server Packages are provided as a promotion alongside services and are included in the price. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements on the packages and make them available for their players.
We do not guarantee the up-to-dateness and usability of the packages provided with Game Server Packages. Packages are created when needed and updated if Hostolog deems necessary.
During the initial setup of game server services, the customer can only get help once. If multiple setups and changes in the package are required, the customer should first seek assistance from external sources other than Hostolog. Hostolog only provides technical support.
Each customer is given 3 reset rights to use in their virtual servers. Customers who exhaust their 3 reset rights will be subject to an additional fee for each extra reset right.
In special operating system setup requests, customers can only receive support once. If multiple special operating system setup requests are made, they will be subject to an additional fee.
The disk space specified in virtual server services includes the space occupied by the operating system and no additional disk space is allocated externally.
Game servers purchased from Hostolog should only be used to set up the game server in the service category ordered. Otherwise, Hostolog reserves the right to suspend/terminate the service due to its use outside its intended purpose.

Your IP address can be used to troubleshoot server access issues, manage our website, and recognize you and your shopping cart.
The financial information collected will be used to collect the price of the purchased product/service and in other necessary situations. Personal information will be used during member login and other necessary situations.
